Heat Vegetable Oil (3 tablespoon) in a thick bottom pan over medium heat.
Add Mustard Seeds (1/4 teaspoon)
When they pop, immediately add Cumin Seeds (1/4 teaspoon)
Add Green Bell Pepper (1), Tomato (1), Fresh Pineapple Chunks (1 cup).
Add Ajwain Seeds (1/4 teaspoon), Ground Turmeric (1 pinch), Chili Powder (to taste), Salt (to taste).
Stir well but gentle, cook for 5 to 7 minutes until tender.
Served hot and enjoy!
