Cooking Instructions
1.
Heat Vegetable Oil (3 Tbsp) in a thick bottom pan over medium heat.

Add Mustard Seeds (as needed).
3.
When they pop, immediately add Cumin Seeds (as needed).
4.
Add Green Bell Pepper (1), Tomato (1), and Fresh Pineapple Chunks (1 cup).
5.
Add Ajwain Seeds (as needed), Ground Turmeric (1 pinch), Chili Powder (to taste), and Salt (to taste).
6.
Stir well but gently, and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until tender.
7.
Serve hot and enjoy!
