Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Sift together All-Purpose Flour (2 cups) , Caster Sugar (1 tsp) , Salt (1/4 tsp) . Set aside.
Step 2
In a large bowl, beat Eggs (3) , Milk (2 cups)
Step 3
Beat in the flour mixture until smooth
Step 4
Stir in Unsalted Butter (2 Tbsp) .
Step 5
Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Spread butter on surface of the flat pan.
Step 6
Pour in the batter on the pan, approximately 100 milliliter.
Step 7
Rotate the pan to spread the batter as thin as possible.
Step 8
Once the lower part is cooked and brown, fold the crepe and remove on a plate
Step 9
Top with Chocolate Frosting (1/4 cup) and Fresh Raspberries (3/4 cup) . Served hot and enjoy!
