Sift together All-Purpose Flour (250 gram), Caster Sugar (1 teaspoon), Salt (1/4 teaspoon). Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat Egg (3), Milk (500 milliliter)
Beat in the flour mixture until smooth
Stir in Unsalted Butter (2 tablespoon).
Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Spread butter on surface of the flat pan.
Pour in the batter on the pan, approximately 100 milliliter.
Rotate the pan to spread the batter as thin as possible.
Once the lower part is cooked and brown, fold the crepe and remove on a plate
Top with Chocolate Frosting (4 tablespoon) and Fresh Raspberries (100 gram). Served hot and enjoy!
