Cooking Instructions

Set multi-cooker to brown saute function and add Onion (1) and Garlic (2 cloves). Cook for 10 minutes.

Then add Celery (1 cup), Carrots (1 cup), Yellow Bell Peppers (1 cup), Quinoa (3/4 cup), Canned Chickpeas (1 cup), Water (1 cup), Canned Whole Peeled Tomatoes (13 cups), Chili Powder (1 Tbsp), Curry Powder (1 Tbsp), Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1 tsp), Sea Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

Set multi-cooker to stew soup for an hour. Give it a taste test and feel free to add any additional spices. Enjoy immediately!
