Quick fix & healthy pasta salad for kids lunch boxes.

Ingredients

1 cup Turkey Ham
2 cup Fusilli Pasta
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped Scallion
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard
1/4 teaspoon Salt
Directions HIDE IMAGES
STEP 1
Boil Egg (3) till cooked.
STEP 2
Peel and remove the yolk and set aside. Chopped the white.
STEP 3
In a large bowl, add Turkey Ham (1 cup), Greek Yogurt (1 cup), cooked Fusilli Pasta (2 cup) and chopped egg white.
STEP 4
Add Cheddar Cheese (150 gram), Mayonnaise (1/2 cup), Red Bell Pepper (1/2 cup), Scallion (1/4 cup), Garlic Powder (1 teaspoon), Yellow Mustard (1 tablespoon), Ground Black Pepper (3/4 teaspoon), Salt (1/4 teaspoon)
STEP 5
Mix all ingredients well.
STEP 6
Chill for a couple of hours. Serve and enjoy!

I didn't add the mayonnaise as it was already too creamy. Added broccoli for more veggies.
