Prepare the dressing: combine Soy Sauce (2 tablespoon), Lime Juice (1/4 cup), Garlic (2 clove), Fresh Parsley (1/2 cup), Honey (1/2 cup). Add Olive Oil (1 tablespoon), Ground Black Pepper (1/4 teaspoon), Salt (to taste)
Pour the dressing on the Chicken Thigh (400 gram) and coat them well.
Preheat the drill pan and brush with Olive Oil. Grill the chicken thighs for 10 to 12 minutes each sides or until cooked properly and no more pink
Served hot with green coriander chutney and enjoy!
