Step 1
Prepare the dressing: combine Soy Sauce (2 Tbsp) , juice from Limes (2) , Garlic (2 cloves) , Fresh Parsley (1/2 cup) , Honey (1/2 cup) . Add Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) , Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp) , and Salt (to taste) .
Step 2
Pour the dressing on the Chicken Thighs (14 oz) and coat them well.
Step 3
Preheat the drill pan and brush with Olive Oil. Grill the chicken thighs for 10 to 12 minutes each sides or until cooked properly and no more pink
Step 4
Served hot with green coriander chutney and enjoy!
