Mama’s Famous Bean Salad

Ingredients

1/2 cup Distilled White Vinegar
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
1 tablespoon Granulated Sugar
2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
30 ounce rinsed, drained Canned Pinto Beans
15 ounce rinsed, drained Canned Black Beans

STEP 1
Whisk together the Distilled White Vinegar (1/2 cup), Vegetable Oil (1/4 cup), Granulated Sugar (1 tablespoon), Ground Cumin (2 teaspoon), Salt (1/2 teaspoon), and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1/4 teaspoon). Set aside.
STEP 2
Gently mix together the Canned Pinto Beans (30 ounce), Canned Black Beans (15 ounce), Whole Kernel Corn (15.25 ounce), Red Bell Pepper (1), Red Onion (1/2 cup), Jalapeño Pepper (2), and Fresh Cilantro (1/4 cup).
