Step 1
In a small saucepan, heat Butter (1 Tbsp) and Oil (1 Tbsp) , then add Garlic (2 cloves) . Cook until garlic is light brown, then remove from heat and mix in Plain Greek Yogurt (1/2 cup) . Set aside.
Step 2
In a saute pan, heat Oil (1 Tbsp) , then place Mushrooms (4) in pan in single layer. Sprinkle with Salt (to taste) and cook for 7 minutes, adding in the Red Onion (1/4) for the last 2 minutes. Drain well.
