In a small saucepan, heat Butter (1 Tbsp) and Oil (1 Tbsp), then add Garlic (2 cloves). Cook until garlic is light brown, then remove from heat and mix in Plain Greek Yogurt (1/2 cup). Set aside.

In a saute pan, heat Oil (1 Tbsp), then place Mushrooms (4) in pan in single layer. Sprinkle with Salt (to taste) and cook for 7 minutes, adding in the Red Onion (1/4) for the last 2 minutes. Drain well.
