Cut Spaghetti Squash (1) widthwise into 2-inch segments, making sure to remove the seedy inside.
Step 2
Set on parchment paper-lined baking sheet and drizzle both sides with Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) and sprinkle with Salt and Pepper (1 dash) . Bake about 40 minutes at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C), or until tender.
