Step 2
Set on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and drizzle both sides with Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) and sprinkle with Salt (1 dash) and Ground Black Pepper (1 dash) . Bake about 40 minutes at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C), or until tender.
