Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips
Dark Chocolate Chunks

Vanilla Ice Cream
Preheat the oven on Convection Bake mode at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). In a medium bowl, use a whisk to combine
All-Purpose Flour (1 cup)
Baking Soda (1/2 tsp)
Salt (1/8 tsp)
In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to cream together the
Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup)
Granulated Sugar (1/4 cup)
Brown Sugar (1/2 cup)
In the same bowl, add
Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
. Use a spatula to mix until combined.
Stir in flour mixture, and mix until just combined. Don’t over mix the dough.
Gently fold in the
Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips (1/4 cup)
Dark Chocolate Chunks (1/2 cup)
. Mix until combined.
Spread the cookie dough into an oil sprayed skillet. Sprinkle chocolate chips and chunks on top. Bake on rack 4 for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with
Sea Salt Flakes (1/2 tsp)
. Allow the cookie to cool for 5-10 minutes.
Serve warm with
Vanilla Ice Cream (to taste)
