Step 1
Cross-score each of the
Chicken Drumsticks (12)
through the flesh, all the way to the bone. Marinate overnight in a paste of
Ghee (to taste)

Lemon Juice (to taste)

Paprika (to taste)

Ground Cinnamon (to taste)

Step 2
Mix
Onions (to taste)

Red Bell Peppers (to taste)

Scallions (to taste)

Distilled White Vinegar (to taste)

Garlic Oil (to taste)

, and a bit more garlic paste. Let marinate at least 2 hours.
Step 3
Remove chicken from marinade and simmer remaining marinade for 3 minutes, then use it to baste chicken during broiling.
Step 4
Place chicken on wire rack.
Step 5
Broil chicken on one side for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Turn chicken, brush generously with more of the marinade, and cook until cooked through, about another 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of the drumsticks.
Step 7
Plate chicken with
Naans (to taste)

Iceberg Lettuce (to taste)
