Marinate overnight in a paste of {@12:}, Garam Masala (to taste), Ground Cumin (to taste), Ground Allspice (to taste), Lemon Juice (to taste), {@11:}, {@10:}, Ground Cinnamon (to taste), Fresh Ginger (to taste), Garlic Paste (to taste), and Kosher Salt (to taste), and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste).
