In a blender, combine Mandarin Orange (1)Milk (1/2 cup), Oats (1/4 cup), Honey (1/2 Tbsp) until smooth. Transfer mixture to a serving glass or bowl and gently stir in Chia Seeds (2 Tbsp). Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours, until mixture has a pudding-like consistency.
Top with sectioned Mandarin Orange (1). Optionally top with Dark Chocolate (1 Tbsp).
