In a medium stockpot, mix and cook all the Apple (1), juice from Lemon (1), Ground Cinnamon (as needed), Ground Nutmeg (as needed), Ground Ginger (as needed), Maple Syrup (2 Tbsp) over medium heat until soft, about 20 minutes.

Measure out all ingredients then layer into a glass jar or bowl a scoop of the Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1/2 cup) and Chia Seeds (2 Tbsp), Almond Milk (1/2 cup) a spoonful of fruit, and a sprinkle of almond. Repeat until you’ve used everything.
