In a medium stockpot, mix and cook all the Apple (1), juice from Lemon (1), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1/2 tsp), Ground Nutmeg (1/8 tsp), Ground Ginger (1/8 tsp), Maple Syrup (2 Tbsp) over medium heat until soft, about 20 minutes.

Measure out all ingredients then layer into a glass jar or bowl a scoop of the Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1/2 cup) and Chia Seeds (2 Tbsp), Almond Milk (1/2 cup) a spoonful of fruit, and a sprinkle of almond. Repeat until you’ve used everything.
