Tomato and Mozzarella Skewers

Tomato-mozzarella salad epitomizes summer living, Italian-style, and putting it on a stick is simply an easier way for a crowd to enjoy it. It also ensures a perfect ration of cheese to tomato to basil. And if you want to continue counting up its virtues, it's also gluten-free and vegetarian. Truly a crowd-pleaser.

1 pint Cherry Tomato
2 tablespoon Olive Oil
2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano

STEP 1
Halve the Cherry Tomato (1 pint).
STEP 2
Add the Olive Oil (2 tablespoon), Apple Cider Vinegar (1 tablespoon), Balsamic Vinegar (2 tablespoon), Garlic Powder (1 teaspoon), Dried Oregano (1 teaspoon), Kosher Salt (1 teaspoon), and Ground Black Pepper (1 teaspoon) to a medium bowl.
STEP 3
Add the halved cherry tomatoes, cover, and let sit for one hour.
STEP 4
Place half a cherry tomato, one Buffalo Mozzarella Ball (24) ball, one of the Fresh Basil Leaves (24), then another half cherry tomato onto skewers.
STEP 5
Serve in a bowl or a tray.
