If you have a cast iron skillet, we’ll bake this right in the skillet. If you do not, grease a medium-sized baking dish and transfer bananas into the dish. Evenly layer Frozen Mixed Berries (2 1/2 cups) onto the bananas. In a separate bowl, mix Medium Grind Bulgur Wheat (1/2 cup), Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1/2 cup), Brown Sugar (3 Tbsp), Salt (1/4 tsp) and Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp). Pour evenly over berries.
