Heat Almond Milk (1 cup) and Butter (3 Tbsp) in a saucepan until lukewarm (not boiling!), or heat in the microwave in thirty-second intervals. In a large bowl, dissolve Instant Dry Yeast (1/2 Tbsp) into milk mixture, then stir in Caster Sugar (1 Tbsp), Salt (1/4 tsp) and zest from Orange (1).

Transfer dough to a clean, floured surface and knead for about a minute, until you have a smooth ball.
