Author's Notes

Grind your lavender buds in either a coffee grinder or with a mortar and pestle.

If you can’t find crumbled goat cheese, pop soft goat cheese in the freezer for about 5 minutes to make it crumble-able.

Step 1
Whisk together Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/4 cup) , 2 Tbsp of Lemon (1) , Garlic (1 clove) , Honey (1 tsp) , Dried Lavender Bulbs (1/4 tsp) , and Salt (1/4 tsp) .
Step 2
In a large bowl, gently toss together the Salad Greens (3 handfuls) , Fresh Mixed Berries (1 cup) , Almonds (1/2 cup) , Goat Cheese (1/4 cup) , and vinaigrette. Top with Avocado (1/2) . Serve and enjoy!
