Step 1
Combine Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1/2 cup) , Water (1 cup) and Salt (1 pinch) in a medium pot and bring to a simmer over medium/low heat. Cook for about 10 minutes, until water is all absorbed.
Step 2
Remove oatmeal from stove and stir in Shaved Parmesan Cheese (2 Tbsp) . Cover to keep warm and set aside.
