Brown the Italian Sausage Link (1 lb) in a large pot.

Add Carrots (3) and Yellow Onion (1). Sautee until onions are translucent after approximately 2 minutes.

Add Garlic (3 cloves) and Mushrooms (2 cups). Saute for about 3 minutes.

Add Chicken Stock (4 cups), Tomato Sauce (1 can), and Stewed Tomatoes (1 can), bring to a boil.

Add uncooked Egg Noodles (2 cups) and simmer until cooked (about 10 minutes).

Garnish with Mozzarella Cheese (to taste), Grated Parmesan Cheese (to taste), and Fresh Basil (to taste).
