Brown the Italian Sausage (1 pound) in a large pot.
Add Carrot (3) and Yellow Onion (1). Sautee until onions are translucent after approximately 2 minutes.
Add Garlic (3 clove) and Mushroom (2 cup). Saute for about 3 minutes.
Add Chicken Stock (4 cup), Tomato Sauce (1 can), and Stewed Tomatoes (1 can), bring to a boil.
Add uncooked Egg Noodles (2 cup) and simmer until cooked (about 10 minutes).
Garnish with Mozzarella Cheese (to taste), Grated Parmesan Cheese (to taste), and Fresh Basil (to taste).
