Step 1
Place Chicken Drumstick (3 pound) in a large Ziploc bag.
Step 2
Add Hoisin Sauce (2 tablespoon), Oyster Sauce (2 tablespoon), Honey (2 tablespoon), Garlic (3 clove), Sesame Seeds (1 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 teaspoon) and Sesame Oil (2 tablespoon).
Step 3
Seal the Ziploc bag, and massage marinade into the chicken drumsticks for about a minute.
Step 4
Let marinade for at least 1 hour, or overnight.
Step 5
When ready to cook, preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Step 6
Roll the drumsticks in Panko Breadcrumbs (2 cup). Make sure they're well coated. Place on to baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 7
Bake for 23 minutes, flip the drumsticks over, then bake for another 23 minutes.
Step 8
Let cool for about 15 minutes. Garnish with Sesame Seeds (to taste) and Scallion (1).
