In a large pitcher, combine Dry White Wine (750 milliliter), Apple Cider (2 cup), Apple Brandy (1/4 cup), Apple (1), Pomegranate Seeds (1/2) and Cinnamon Stick (2). Taste and add a few tablespoons of Honey (to taste) is needed. If you have time, set it in fridge for 3 hours or more for flavors to blend (but it's also tasty freshly made!)
Just before serving, add Ice (to taste) and pour into serving glasses. Top each glass with a splash of Carbonated Water (1 cup) and garnish with Cinnamon. For added fancy, combine a spoonful each of Ground Cinnamon (to taste) and Granulated Sugar (to taste). Dip the rim of your serving glasses into the sangria, then dip it in the cinnamon sugar mix before pouring in the sangria. Serve and enjoy!
