Optional Add-Ins: chopped plums, chopped pears, sliced oranges.

For added fancy, combine a spoonful of cinnamon and sugar. Dip the rim of your serving glasses into the sangria, then dip it in the cinnamon-sugar mix before pouring in the sangria.

In a large pitcher, combine Apples (2), Pomegranate Seeds (1/2 cup), Cinnamon Sticks (4), Dry White Wine (1 bottle), Apple Cider (3 cups), and Apricot Brandy (1/4 cup). If you have time, set the pitcher in the fridge for a few hours to allow flavors to blend.
