Author's Notes

Optional Add-Ins: chopped plums, chopped pears, sliced oranges. For added fancy, combine a spoonful of cinnamon and sugar. Dip the rim of your serving glasses into the sangria, then dip it in the cinnamon-sugar mix before pouring in the sangria.

Step 1
In a large pitcher, combine Apples (2) , Pomegranate Seeds (1/2) , Cinnamon Sticks (4) , Dry White Wine (1 bottle) , Apple Cider (3 cups) , and Apricot Brandy (1/4 cup) . If you have time, set the pitcher in the fridge for a few hours to allow flavors to blend.
Step 2
Just before serving, add Carbonated Water (1 cup) to the pitcher. Serve garnished with a cinnamon stick.
