Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Cut Brussels Sprouts (7 1/2 cups) in half.
3.
On a large baking sheet, toss Brussels sprouts in Olive Oil (4 Tbsp) and season with Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), Smoked Paprika (1/2 tsp), and Cayenne Pepper (1/2 tsp).

Roast Brussels sprouts for 25-30 minutes until deeply browned.
5.
Heat Honey (4 Tbsp) and 1 1/2 Tbsp zest from the Orange (1) together in a small bowl in a microwave oven for 1 1/2 minutes and pour over Brussels sprouts.
6.
Before serving, top with crumbled Queso Fresco (4 Tbsp) and Pomegranate Seeds (1/2 cup).
