Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Cut Brussels Sprouts (1.5 pound) in half.
On a large baking sheet, toss Brussels sprouts in Olive Oil (1/4 cup) and season with Salt and Pepper (to taste), Smoked Paprika (1/2 teaspoon) and Cayenne Pepper (1/2 teaspoon).
Roast Brussels sprouts for 25-30 minutes until deeply browned.
Heat Honey (1/4 cup) and 1 1/2 Tbsp zest from the Orange (1) together in a small bowl in the Panasonic Microwave Oven for 1 1/2 minutes and pour over Brussels sprouts.
Before serving, top with crumbled Queso Fresco (1/4 cup) and Pomegranate Seeds (1/2 cup). Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
