Fresh Tuna Meatballs

Tired of grilled tuna and looking for new way to cook it? Try this recipe! An original way to bring fresh tuna on your dining table. The sauce can be used to dress pasta or rice too.

Ingredients

2 clove Garlic
1 tsp Dried Oregano
2 Tbsp Bran Flakes
1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Finely Ground Black Pepper
1/4 cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
24 oz Tomato Sauce
340 g Whole Wheat Spaghetti

STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
STEP 2
In a bowl combine Canned Tuna (500 g), Egg (1), Fresh Parsley (2 Tbsp), Dried Oregano (1 tsp), Garlic (2 clove), Bran Flakes (2 Tbsp), Lemon (1/2), Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (1/2 tsp) and Finely Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp). Mix everything together.
STEP 3
Form about 11-12 balls, coat them in All-Purpose Flour (1/4 cup), and brush them with Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/4 cup).
STEP 4
Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for about 20-30 minutes.
STEP 5
Serve them with a side of salad or dress them with Tomato Sauce (24 oz) and Whole Wheat Spaghetti (340 g).
