Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a bowl combine Tuna Fillet (500 gram), Egg (1), Fresh Parsley (2 tablespoon), Dried Oregano (1 teaspoon), Garlic (2 clove), Bran Flakes (2 tablespoon), Lemon (1/2), Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (1/2 teaspoon), and Finely Ground Black Pepper (1/4 teaspoon). Mix everything together.
Form about 11-12 balls, coat them in All-Purpose Flour (1/4 cup), and brush them with Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/4 cup).
Bake for about 20-30 minutes.
Serve them with a side of salad or dress them with Tomato Sauce (1 jar) and Whole Wheat Spaghetti (340 gram).
