Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a bowl combine
Tuna Fillets (1.1 lb)
Fresh Parsley (2 Tbsp)
Dried Oregano (1 tsp)
Garlic (2 cloves)
Bran Flakes (2 Tbsp)
Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (1/2 tsp)
Finely Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp)
. Mix everything together.
Form about 11-12 balls, coat them in
All-Purpose Flour (1/4 cup)
, and brush them with
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/4 cup)
Bake for about 20-30 minutes.
Serve them with a side of salad or dress them with
Tomato Sauce (1 jar)
Whole Wheat Spaghetti (12 oz)
