Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

In a bowl combine Tuna Fillets (1.1 lb), Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1), Fresh Parsley (2 Tbsp), Dried Oregano (1 tsp), Garlic (2 cloves), Bran Flakes (2 Tbsp), Lemon (1/2), Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (1/2 tsp), and Finely Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp). Mix everything together.

Form about 11-12 balls, coat them in All-Purpose Flour (4 Tbsp), and brush them with Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (4 Tbsp).

Bake for about 20-30 minutes.
5.
Serve them with a side of salad or dress them with Tomato Sauce (1 jar) and Whole Wheat Spaghetti (12 oz).
