Ingredients

Grape Tomatoes

Jalapeño Pepper , deseeded, chopped

1/2
Spanish Onion , peeled, quartered
•
1/2
Lime , zested, juiced
•
2 Tbsp
Fresh Cilantro
•
1/4 tsp
Salt
•
1/4 tsp
Ground Cumin

Cooking Instructions

1. 
Combine Grape Tomatoes (2 cups) , Jalapeño Pepper (1) , Spanish Onion (1/2) , zest and juice of the Lime (1/2) , Fresh Cilantro (2 Tbsp) , Salt (1/4 tsp) , and Ground Cumin (1/4 tsp) in the bowl of a food processor.
2. 
Run the processor for 30 seconds, then scrape the sides down. Run it for another 30 seconds to a minute until it is pretty smooth, but still has a little texture.
3. 
Spoon the salsa into a pretty bowl and serve immediately with chips. It's also fantastic over eggs, pork, you name it! Enjoy!
