Place Barbecue Sauce (1 cup) into the base of the Instant Pot and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the Extra Lean Ground Beef (1 pound), Whole Wheat Breadcrumbs (1/4 cup), Irish Cheddar Cheese (1/4 cup), White Onion (1/4 cup), Egg (1), Garlic (2 clove), Dried Parsley (1 teaspoon), Dried Basil (1 teaspoon), Salt and Pepper (to taste) until well combined.
Use a 1 inch -1 1/2 inch scoop to portion out the meat mixture and roll each into a ball.
Transfer the meatballs to the Instant Pot and cover them with the remaining Barbecue Sauce (1 cup) and Guinness® Stout Beer (2 tablespoon).
Secure the lid and set the valve to 'Sealed'. Set the Instant Pot to manual and cook for 7 minutes.
Allow the pressure to release naturally (this takes about 10 minutes). Then remove the lid.
