Cut Eggs (3) in half. Mix together Chili Powder (as needed), Ground Turmeric (as needed), Ground Black Pepper (as needed), Rice Flour (1 tsp), and Salt (to taste), then slowly roll the egg in the powder mixture. Be careful while doing this as there is a chance that the yolk gets separated.
