Pour Coconut Oil (2 Tbsp) to a pan and add Bitter Melon (1 cup) and Onion (1 cup). To this add Salt (to taste) and Ground Turmeric (as needed) and cook well in low flame keeping the lid closed.

Open the lid and stir in between (Do not add water). Once it cooks well add Ground Black Pepper (1 Tbsp) and saute well. Keep in low flame with lid closed for five to ten more minutes. Saute in between. Serve hot with Curry Leaves (to taste).
