Fry Cashew Nuts (to taste) and Raisins (to taste) in little ghee and keep aside. Pour more Ghee (4 tablespoon) and add Semolina (1 cup) and fry for two minutes. To this add Caster Sugar (1 cup) and Coconut (1 cup) and keep on stirring in medium flame till the sugar starts to melt.
Remove from flame and add the fried cashew nuts, raisins and Ground Cardamom (1 pinch). Pour little Milk (1/2 cup) to this and mix well and start to roll into balls. Before taking the mixture to your hands you can dip your hand in milk This will help you to roll the ladoo easily.
