Step 1
Fry
Cashew Nuts (to taste)
and
Raisins (to taste)
in little ghee and keep aside.
Step 2
Pour more
Ghee (1/4 cup)
and add
Semolina (1 cup)
and fry for 2 minutes. To this add
Caster Sugar (1 cup)
and
Desiccated Coconut (1 cup)
and keep on stirring in medium flame till the sugar starts to melt.
Step 3
Remove from flame and add the fried cashew nuts, raisins, and
Ground Cardamom (1 pinch)
. Pour a little
Milk (1/2 cup)
into this and mix well.
Step 4
Start to roll the mixture into balls. Before taking the mixture to your hands you can dip your hand in milk This will help you to roll the ladoo easily.
