or Cashews or Almonds
Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).

To a bowl add Unsalted Butter (3/4 cup) and Powdered Confectioners Sugar (3/4 cup). Beat until smooth. Then add All-Purpose Flour (3/4 cup), Desiccated Coconut (1 cup), Vanilla Essence (1 tsp), and Salt (1 pinch)

Use your hands and knead it to a smooth dough. Roll out small gooseberry-sized balls out of the dough.

Arrange the cookies on a baking tray and place Raisins (to taste) on each cookie ball and bake for about 8 to 10 minutes.
5.
Remove from the oven and let them cool well. Serve with tea or coffee.
Author's Notes
Yields 20 cookies.
While laying out the cookies to bake, leave some space in between as cookies will expand while baking.
The baking time may vary depending on the oven so adjust it accordingly.
