Cooking Instructions
1.
Toss the GOYA® Pinto Beans (1 cup), Taco Seasoning (to taste), Lime (1/2), Zucchini (1), and Mushrooms (5) in a bowl and mix.
2.
Cook the mixture in a pan with Vegan Chicken Strips (to taste) for about 5 minutes on medium-medium high heat.
3.
Lay out Street Taco Tortillas (5) and divide the mix evenly on top of each tortilla.
4.
Garnish with Fresh Cilantro (to taste), Queso Fresco (4 Tbsp), Avocado (1), and Hot Sauce (to taste). Fold in half and serve.
