Overhaul the traditional way to serve caprese salad and create delightful mini towers to add an element of surprise to this simple antipasto dish.

to taste Tomato
to taste Balsamic Glaze
to taste Salt
to taste Dried Mixed Herbs
to taste Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

STEP 1
Then, cut the Tomato (to taste) into slices, approx. 1 cm wide.
STEP 2
Slice the Fresh Mozzarella (to taste) and try to keep them the same width also.
STEP 3
Put the largest slice of tomato at the bottom, creating your first layer. Add a sprinkle of Salt (to taste), Dried Mixed Herbs (to taste) and a few light drops of Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (to taste). Add a slice of Fresh Mozzarella (to taste) on top of the tomato and drizzle with Balsamic Glaze (to taste). Repeat this with the remaining slices of tomato.
STEP 4
Finish the caprese salad with the top of the tomato and fill the hole with Fresh Basil Leaves (to taste).
