Then, cut the Tomatoes (to taste) into slices, approx. 1 cm wide.
Step 2
Slice the Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Ball (to taste) and try to keep them the same width also.
Step 3
Put the largest slice of tomato at the bottom, creating your first layer. Add a sprinkle of Salt (to taste) , Dried Mixed Herbs (to taste) and a few light drops of Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (to taste) . Add a slice of Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Ball (to taste) on top of the tomato and drizzle with Balsamic Glaze (to taste) . Repeat this with the remaining slices of tomato.
Step 4
Finish the caprese salad with the top of the tomato and fill the hole with Fresh Basil Leaves (to taste) .
