Place the Lean Beef Stew Meat (7 cups), Low-Sodium Beef Broth (4 cups), Baby Potatoes (1.5 lb), Carrots (2 cups), White Onion (1), Tomato Paste (2 Tbsp), Worcestershire Sauce (1 Tbsp), Garlic (4 cloves), Bay Leaf (1), and Fresh Thyme (1 tsp) in a large crock pot or instant pot.
