step 1
To make the wonton filling, combine Ground Pork (8 oz), Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1), Scallion (1 bunch), Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp), Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch) and Fresh Ginger (1 pinch).
step 2
Place 3/4 of a teaspoon of filling in the center of Wonton Wrappers (35) and seal using Milk (to taste).
step 3
Once all wontons are ready, combine Vegetable Stock (32 fl oz), Chicken Stock (32 fl oz), and Celery (2 stalks) in a large pot. Let stock come up to a full boil and place wontons in one at a time stirring so they do not stick to each other.
step 4
Add Bok Choy (to taste) leaves. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 15 minutes.
