Step 1
To make the wonton filling, combine Ground Pork (8 oz) , Egg (1) , Scallions (1 bunch) , Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp) , Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch) and Fresh Ginger (1 pinch) .
Step 2
Place 3/4 of a teaspoon of filling in the center of Wonton Wrappers (35) and seal using Milk (to taste) .
Step 3
Once all wontons are ready, combine Vegetable Stock (32 fl oz) , Chicken Stock (32 fl oz) , and Celery (2 stalks) in a large pot. Let stock come up to a full boil and place wontons in one at a time stirring so they do not stick to each other.
Step 4
Add Bok Choy (to taste) leaves. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 15 minutes.
