Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Soak the Dates (10) in water for some time. Remove the seed.
In a food processor or a blender, combine dates and Banana (3) until smooth. Transfer to a bowl.
To this, add Oats (1 cup), Whole Wheat Flour (1/2 cup), Sunflower Oil (1 tablespoon), Vanilla Essence (1 teaspoon) and Baking Powder (1/2 teaspoon). Mix well.
Pour this mixture into cupcake molds and sprinkle the Cashew Nuts (to taste) or raisin on top.
Bake for 20 minutes and remove from oven.
Serve warm or cold along with a cup of tea or coffee.
