Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Soak the Dates (10) in water for some time. Remove the seed.
Step 3
In a food processor or a blender, combine dates and Bananas (3) until smooth. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 4
To this, add Oats (1 cup) , Whole Wheat Flour (1/2 cup) , Sunflower Oil (1 Tbsp) , Vanilla Essence (1 tsp) and Baking Powder (1/2 tsp) . Mix well.
Step 5
Pour this mixture into cupcake molds and sprinkle the Cashew Nuts (to taste) or raisin on top.
Step 6
Bake for 20 minutes and remove from oven.
Step 7
Serve warm or cold along with a cup of tea or coffee.
