Cooking Instructions

Add the Black Beans (1 can), Mango (2), Red Bell Pepper (1), Red Onion (1/3 cup), Garlic (2 clove), 1/4 cup of Lime (2), Fresh Mint (1/4 cup), Fresh Cilantro (1/4 cup), Ground Cumin (1/4 teaspoon), Salt (to taste), Avocado (1), Jalapeño Pepper (1), and Scallion (1 bunch) to a large bowl and mix well. Mixing well is important for the flavor.

Garnish if you’d like with Lime (1) and fresh mint. Serve with tortilla chips.
