Vegan Autumn Salad is my go-to salad for Thanksgiving or any good autumnal meal. Made with hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, homemade honey mustard balsamic dressing, this easy and delicious salad is done in 5 minutes!
To make the dressing, combine the
Balsamic Glaze (2 Tbsp)

Dijon Mustard (1/2 Tbsp)

Honey (1/2 Tbsp)

Olive Oil (1/4 cup)

Salt (to taste)

Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
