Step 1
Mix the Fresh Spinach (4 3/4 cups) , Cucumbers (1 1/2 cups) , Carrots (3/4 cup) , Red Onions (1/4 cup) , Apples (3/4 cup) , Vegan Feta Cheese (1/4 cup) , Pepitas (1/4 cup) , and Hemp Seeds (2 Tbsp) together.
Step 2
To make the dressing, combine the Balsamic Glaze (2 Tbsp) , Dijon Mustard (1/2 Tbsp) , Honey (1/2 Tbsp) , Olive Oil (1/4 cup) , Salt (to taste) , and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .
Step 3
Pour the dressing evenly over the salad and then toss well. Done!
