This recipe uses White Sauce found in another recipe.

Cooking Instructions

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Boil water enough to cover pasta. Add some Salt (to taste) and Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) and add the Rotini Pasta (7 oz) . Cook well, but do not overcook the pasta.
Step 2
Once done, drain out the excess water and pour in some cold water. Let it soak for 2 minutes and then drain the water and keep aside. This is done so that once cooled the pasta wont stick to each other.
