Step 1
Cut the Boneless Skinless Chicken (1 cup) to thin strips and marinate it with Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp) and some Salt (to taste) and keep aside.
Step 2
Pour enough water in a pot and let it boil. Add some Salt (to taste) and Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) to the water and add Pasta (7 oz) . Cook according to package instruction.
Step 3
Once done drain out the excess water and pour in some cold water. Let it be in for 2 minutes and then drain off the water and keep aside. This is done so that once cooled the pasta wont stick to each other
Step 4
To a pan, pour Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) and shallow fry the chicken pieces and keep aside
Step 5
To the remaining oil add Garlic (1 Tbsp) and saute for a minute.
Step 6
Now add String Beans (1/4 cup) and saute for a few minutes.
Step 7
To this add Carrots (1/4 cup) and saute/

Add Bell Peppers (1/2 cup) and saute until cooked.
Step 9
Add the chicken pieces and combine well.
Step 10
Add some of the ground black pepper, Soy Sauce (3/4 tsp) , Chili Sauce (1/2 tsp) and Tomato Sauce (1 Tbsp) . Saute until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Step 11
Now add the cooked pasta and toss to combine well.
Step 12
Serve warm and enjoy!
