Cooking Instructions
1.
Cut Chicken Breast (1) into 1-centimeter pieces, about the size of a piece of popcorn. Transfer to a bowl.

Season chicken with Salt (1/2 tsp) and pour Buttermilk (1 cup) over top. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Into a baking dish, add All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Dried Thyme (1/2 tsp), Paprika (2 tsp), Ground Ginger (1/2 tsp), Garlic Salt (1 tsp), Dried Basil (1/2 tsp), Dried Oregano (1/4 tsp), Celery Salt (1/2 tsp), Dry Mustard (1/2 tsp), and Ground White Pepper (1/2 tsp), and Salt (1 tsp). Mix well.
4.
Coat chicken pieces in the flour and spice mixture.
5.
Heat Vegetable Oil (as needed) to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and fry chicken for 6-7 minutes, or until golden brown. Drain finished pieces on a paper towel.
6.
Serve and enjoy!
