In a saucepan over low heat, add Vegetable Oil (1 Tbsp) and Onion (1). Season with Onion Powder (1/2 tsp). Cook for 20 minutes, or until onions have softened.

Add Brown Sugar (1 tsp) and Balsamic Vinegar (1 tsp). Cook for another 10 minutes, until the onions are thick and jammy.

Bring to a simmer and then reduce the temperature slightly. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
