. Cook for another 10 minutes, until the onions are thick and jammy.
Step 3
In a small saucepan over medium heat, add
Ketchup (1/2 cup)

Brown Sugar (2 Tbsp)

Worcestershire Sauce (2 Tbsp)
,
Apple Cider Vinegar (1 Tbsp)
,
Tabasco® Original Red Pepper Sauce (1/4 tsp)
,
Dry Mustard (1/4 tsp)

Salt (1/4 tsp)
, and
Garlic (1 clove)
. Bring to a simmer and then reduce the temperature slightly. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Step 4
Cook
Bacon (3 pieces)
until it is almost crispy. Drain the excess fat and set aside.
Step 5
Crack
Eggs (2)
into an egg poacher. Microwave for 1 minute, or until cooked through.
Step 6
Toast the
Brioche Hamburger Buns (2)
. On the heel bun, place the egg, bacon, onions,
Cheddar Cheese (1 slice)
, and
Tomatoes (1 slice)
. Slather the barbecue sauce on top and on the other half of the bun.
