In a mixing jug, add Tomato Passata (2 cups), Dried Oregano (1 tsp), Dried Marjoram (1/2 tsp), Dried Basil (1/2 tsp), and Garlic Salt (1/2 tsp). Mix well and set aside to sit for 1 hour.

Once the hour is up, preheat your oven to 430 degrees F (220 degrees C).

In a large mixing bowl, add Non-Fat Dry Milk Powder (1/4 cup), Salt (1/2 tsp), Caster Sugar (1 Tbsp), Active Dry Yeast (1/2 Tbsp), and Water (1 1/3 cups). Whisk to combine and let sit for 2 minutes.

Add Vegetable Oil (2 Tbsp) and All-Purpose Flour (4 cups). Mix until a dough forms.
