Step 1
In a mixing jug, add
Tomato Passata (2 cups)

. Mix well and set aside to sit for 1 hour.
Step 2
Once the hour is up, preheat your oven to 430 degrees F (220 degrees C).

In a large mixing bowl, add
Non-Fat Dry Milk Powder (1/4 cup)

Salt (1/2 tsp)
,
Caster Sugar (1 Tbsp)
,
Active Dry Yeast (1/2 Tbsp)
, and
Water (1 1/3 cups)
. Whisk to combine and let sit for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add
Vegetable Oil (2 Tbsp)
and
All-Purpose Flour (4 cups)
. Mix until a dough forms.
Step 5
Knead for 4-5 minutes, until the dough is elastic.
Step 6
Cut the dough in half and roll it out to form a thin pizza shape.
Step 7
Place dough on a pan and top with the sauce. Sprinkle over
Mozzarella Cheese (2 cups)

Cheddar Cheese (1/2 cup)
, and
Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup)
. Top with
Pepperoni Slices (to taste)

Bake in preheated oven for 7-8 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the outer crust is brown.
