Once the hour is up, preheat your oven to 430 degrees F (220 degrees C).
In a large mixing bowl, add Non-Fat Dry Milk Powder (1/4 cup), Salt (1/2 teaspoon), Caster Sugar (1 tablespoon), Active Dry Yeast (1/2 tablespoon), and Water (1 1/3 cup). Whisk to combine and let sit for 2 minutes.
Add Vegetable Oil (2 tablespoon) and All-Purpose Flour (4 cup). Mix until a dough forms.
Knead for 4-5 minutes, until the dough is elastic.
Cut the dough in half and roll it out to form a thin pizza shape.
Place dough on a pan and top with the sauce. Sprinkle over Mozzarella Cheese (2 cup), Cheddar Cheese (1/2 cup), and Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup). Top with Pepperoni Slice (to taste).
Bake in preheated oven for 7-8 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the outer crust is brown.
