Step 1
Cook
Israeli Couscous (1 pckg)
as directed on package.
Step 2
Add
Greek Seasoning (1 tsp)
or salt and pepper or other desired spices to taste.
Step 3
Cut
Corn Cobs (1 ear)
into 4 equal pieces and steam covered with water in microwave or stovetop until done about 3-5 minutes.
Step 4
Add 3 pieces of
Tofu (1 pckg)
, 3 pieces of
Vegetarian Italian Sausage (1)
, 2 corn pieces,
Onions (1/2 cup)
, and
Mushrooms (1/2 cup)
as desired to each skewer. Cook on an outdoor or indoor grill, in a broiler, or in a pan until done, rotating as needed.
Step 5
Add 1/2 cup cooked couscous to a bowl, pull cooked food off of skewer onto couscous. Serve and enjoy!
