Israeli Couscous
1 pckg
(7 oz)
Trader Joe's® Sriracha Flavored Baked Tofu
cubed into 9 equal pieces
1
Tofurky® Italian Sausage , cut
cut into 8 equal pieces
1 ear
Corn Cobs , cooked
1/2 cup
Mushrooms , sliced
1/2 cup
Onions , chopped
Pepepr
1 tsp
Greek Seasoning
(optional)

Directions

Step 1
Cook Israeli Couscous (1 pckg) as directed on package.
Step 2
Add Greek Seasoning (1 tsp) or salt and pepper or other desired spices to taste.
Step 3
Cut Corn Cobs (1 ear) into 4 equal pieces and steam covered with water in microwave or stovetop​ until done about 3-5 minutes.
Step 4
Add 3 pieces of Trader Joe's® Sriracha Flavored Baked Tofu (1 pckg) , 3 pieces of Tofurky® Italian Sausage (1) , 2 corn, Onions (1/2 cup) , and Mushrooms (1/2 cup) as desired to each skewer. Cook on outdoor or indoor grill, in broiler or in pan until done, rotating as needed.
Step 5
Add 1/2 cup cooked couscous to bowl, pull cooked food off of skewer onto couscous. Serve and enjoy!
