Ranch Dressing

Cooking Instructions
1.
Peel the Zucchini (4) with a peeler into long strips.
2.
Mix the Egg (1) and Milk (1 cup) together in a bowl.
3.
Soak the zucchini in the mixture.
4.
Combine the Panko Breadcrumbs (1/2 cup), Seasoned Breadcrumbs (1/2 cup), and Grated Parmesan Cheese (4 Tbsp) in a dish. Take the wet zucchini and coat with the crumb mixture.
5.
Heat approximately 2-inch deep of Frying Oil (as needed) in a deep pot and fry the strips in batches until a dark golden brown. Stir to ensure they cook evenly.
6.
Drain on a paper towel and sprinkle with Salt (to taste) while warm. Serve with some Ranch Dressing (to taste) if desired.
7.
Serve with ranch dressing and a squeeze of lemon.
