Steam Pumpkins (2 cups) until very soft, then drain.
Step 2
Place pumpkin, Banana (1) , Green Apple (1) , Salt and Sugar-Free Peanut Butter (2 Tbsp) , Coconut Milk (3/4 cup) , Dry Mixed Spice (1/4 tsp) , and Vanilla Essence (1/2 tsp) in a blender and blend until silky smooth and creamy. Add a dash of water if you feel it is too thick.
Step 3
Taste and adjust sweetness if desired, then pour into two bowls. Top with sliced fruit, nuts and seeds of your choice. Dust with Ground Cinnamon (1/2 tsp) .
