Place pumpkin, Banana (1), Green Apple (1), Salt and Sugar-Free Peanut Butter (2 Tbsp), Coconut Milk (3/4 cup), Dry Mixed Spice (1/4 tsp), and Vanilla Essence (1/2 tsp) in a blender and blend until silky smooth and creamy. Add a dash of water if you feel it is too thick.
