Steam Pumpkin (2 cup) until very soft, then drain.
Place pumpkin, Banana (1), Green Apple (1), Salt and Sugar-Free Peanut Butter (2 tablespoon), Coconut Milk (3/4 cup), Dry Mixed Spice (1/4 teaspoon), and Vanilla Essence (1/2 teaspoon) in a blender and blend until silky smooth and creamy. Add a dash of water if you feel it is too thick.
Taste and adjust sweetness if desired, then pour into two bowls. Top with sliced fruit, nuts and seeds of your choice. Dust with Ground Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon).
