Step 1
In a small bowl pour the
Milk (1/4 cup)
over the
Panko Breadcrumbs (1/2 cup)
and set aside.
Step 2
In a skillet, melt
Butter (1 Tbsp)
. Saute the
Bell Peppers (1/4 cup)
and
Onions (1/4 cup)
until tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine the
Lean Ground Beef (2 lb)
, pepper, onion,
Eggs (2)
, bread crumb mixture,
Worcestershire Sauce (2 Tbsp)
,
Salt (3/4 tsp)
,
Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)
and
Garlic Powder (1/2 tsp)
.
Step 4
Using a small spoon or scoop, portion out and roll the meat mixture with your hands into 1-inch or smaller sized balls.
Step 5
Place the balls evenly on the broiler pan. Bake for 15 minutes. If you do not have enough room on your pan to bake them all at once, store the meat mixture in the refrigerator while the first batch is baking.
Step 6
In a crockpot, whisk together the
Cranberry Sauce (1 cup)
,
Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce (1 cup)
,
Chili Sauce (12 oz)
and
Sweet Chili Sauce (1 cup)
.
Step 7
Add the meatballs warm or frozen. Cook on high for 1 hour, reduce heat to low and simmer for another hour.
Step 8
Can keep on warm for several hours.
